Meet the Amaroo Family
Mindi
Mindi has been at the service since she was 8 weeks old. She has grown up around the children of our centre who have all come to love her.
The children have had the opportunity to learn about how to look after mindi and form a friendly bond with her
Chook-Chooks
We have had our chickens for 7 years. We have 4 chickens that love to free roam around the yard and interact with the children.
The children help care for the chickens by collecting chicken eggs everyday, cleaning out the nesting box with the assistance of an educator and re-filling their water and food.
Noah & Agnes
Noah & Agnus have been with Amaroo for 10 years. Our children and families enjoy saying hello and goodbye every day in our foyer.
Noah and Agnus regularly come out side to enjoy the sun and interact with our children.
